Upcoming Annual Membership Meeting Coldwater Creek Improvements

The annual membership meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2025 at the Gene Moss Building.

Please look for the postcard announcement for the times.  The postcard should arrive in your mail approximately two weeks prior to the meeting.

Updates on the status of the proposed BOA and community projects will be communicated.

1. The lake has been stocked with fish.

2. Sidewalk infills have been finished on Cumberland Circle.

3. Trees have been pruned at the entrances and Silverton Park.

4. Work is underway to add sidewalks, repair drain outlets, and research other playground equipment at the Silverton Park.

5. The irrigation system at the entrances and sod for the entrances should be completed by our meeting.

6. The new benches for the lake levee are being ordered.

7. The dock at the top of the levee is being scheduled to repair twisted boards, seal the entire dock, and replace the safety floatation.

8. Vegetation along the bank of the levee and near the spillway is being scheduled for a fall cleanup.

POA Board Landscaping Updates

1. The mowing is scheduled to begin this month. Mowing will be performed 3 times per month through the month of October. We have asked the landscaper to mow in front of the cemetery once per month for the safety of our residents to ensure visibility when exiting the neighborhood.

2. We are having the irrigation systems checked at both entrances to be ready for watering once the rains subside.

3. We are having a contractor clear dead branches at both entrances and the Silverton Park as weather permits.

4. Other capital improvements are forthcoming.
